Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

You are the one we miss!

  • We are looking for you with a passion for online marketing and a keen eye for trends and competition in a rapidly changing market
  • You will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation and continuous optimization of our performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and in native advertising
  • Reporting and monitoring round off your area of responsibility, while you have budget planning fully under control
  • You skillfully take over various analyses and reports of campaign performance, which you interpret and derive concrete measures from them
  • Do you have experience in tracking and affiliate marketing? Great, that would be an advantage
  • We are a digital agency - so experience in this area would be an advantage
  • Agile mindset? Absolutely! As our projects mainly take place in an agile environment. That's why you are familiar with tools like Jira or methods like Kanban or Scrum
  • You have a very good command of German and English

What to expect in the application process

  • 1st interview ~1 hour, usually online with two participants from denkwerk
  • Between the 1st interview and the 2nd interview you will receive a task that will be presented in the 2nd interview
  •  2nd interview: ~1 hour, preferably on site with two participants from denkwerk
  •  should a case study or similar come your way, we will let you know in advance

    Positive feedback is followed by a telephone offer discussion.
