You are the one we miss!
We are looking for you, with enthusiasm for HR management and an eye for detail, to cover both the administrative and advisory HR business! As a parental leave replacement (16-18 months, 25-32 hours/week) in the administrative HR area, you will strengthen our HR team and take care of all important HR-related topics.You will cover a wide range of tasks, from drawing up contracts to offboarding and staff appraisals. Your expertise in employment law is essential in order to provide our employees with the best possible support and to design efficient HR processes:
- Knowledge of employment law: you have a sound understanding of the employment law framework and can apply it confidently in the HR area
- Contract drafting skills: You have experience in drafting and managing employment contracts and other contractual agreements
- Experience in offboarding and staff appraisals: You are able to accompany employees:inside professionally in the offboarding process and conduct staff appraisals confidently
- Experience with HR software (ideally Personio): You have already worked with HR software solutions such as Personio or similar programs and can design HR processes digitally.
- Empathy and communication skills - You respond empathetically to the needs of employees and can address difficult topics professionally
- Problem-solving skills - you find the right solution even in complex situations and are a rock in the surf
- Negotiating skills and trustworthiness - You are able to communicate confidently and handle confidential issues discreetly
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team - You enjoy working in a team and can adapt quickly to new challenges
Nice-to-have skills:- Organization of feedback meetings: You can plan and conduct structured feedback meetings to promote employee development
- Data analysis: You have a good understanding of HR metrics (e.g. turnover, employee engagement) and use them to continuously improve HR processes
- Conflict management: You have additional expertise in conflict resolution and mediation in the event of labor law or interpersonal tensions
