You are the one we miss!

For our location in Berlin, we are looking for a reliable Office Manager (m/f/d) to support the office management of our headquarters in Cologne


  • You will be part of the office team and look after the reception in Berlin for 20 hours a week
  • You are the first point of contact for colleagues, customers, delivery staff and suppliers and a competent contact person on the phone
  • You have experience in office management or a comparable qualification
  • You are organised, independent and keep an overview even in stressful moments
  • You have good communication skills and can integrate well into an existing team
  • Coordinating appointments with tradespeople, caretakers and other service providers
  • Receiving and managing orders for the Berlin office
  • Ensuring order and cleanliness in everyday office life
  • Collaborating with the Berlin team to assist with organisational tasks
  • Smaller errands, booking business trips and general ordering are part of your area of responsibility
  • You have a good command of German and English

  • 2nd Interview: ~1 hour, preferably on-site with two participants from denkwerk

    In both interviews, together we’ll find out whether it’s a good fit—professionally and personally.
