You are the one we miss!
For our location in Berlin, we are looking for a reliable Office Manager (m/f/d) to support the office management of our headquarters in Cologne
- You will be part of the office team and look after the reception in Berlin for 20 hours a week
- You are the first point of contact for colleagues, customers, delivery staff and suppliers and a competent contact person on the phone
- You have experience in office management or a comparable qualification
- You are organised, independent and keep an overview even in stressful moments
- You have good communication skills and can integrate well into an existing team
- Coordinating appointments with tradespeople, caretakers and other service providers
- Receiving and managing orders for the Berlin office
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in everyday office life
- Collaborating with the Berlin team to assist with organisational tasks
- Smaller errands, booking business trips and general ordering are part of your area of responsibility
- You have a good command of German and English

- 2nd Interview: ~1 hour, preferably on-site with two participants from denkwerk
