You are the one we miss!
- As Technical Director, you will have sound team leadership skills as well as passion and know-how for the entire technical spectrum of digital projects
- You support well-known customers across industries in the implementation of innovative solutions
- You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a strong developer team and support them directly on the code to ensure a smooth project process
- Your area of responsibility also includes the further development of your team and therefore direct sparring with the recruiting and talent management team
- You have sound professional experience of at least 5 years in an agency or IT environment
- In our web projects, you ensure compliance with budget and time targets as well as quality
- You have extensive experience with software architectures
- You act as a sparring partner on the customer side and form the technical and communicative interface to our project management teams, together you work out the respective effort planning
- You have an agile mindset and enjoy making our customers' digital world a little better every sprint
- You have very good German and English skills

What to expect in the application process
- 1st Interview: ~1 hour, mostly online with two participants from denkwerk
- 2nd Interview: ~1 hour, preferably on-site with two participants from denkwerk
In both interviews, together we’ll find out whether it’s a good fit—professionally and personally.If we require a CoderPad challenge, we’ll let you know in advance.
