Rethink brands. Inspire people. Develop teams. Grow economically. As Client Service Director Brand/Campaign, you will lead our department at the interface of brand management, creative excellence, and economic responsibility.

What you can expect
You will take on the disciplinary management of the “Brand & Campaign” department in Client Service, with a team of account directors and project managers. You will strategically develop our consulting services, manage complex projects, and position denkwerk in the market.

Your tasks at a glance
  • You will manage the entire Brand & Campaign client service division, from leadership development to operational excellence
  • You will further develop our brand and campaign consulting services with new formats, tools, and methods
  • You will take responsibility for top clients, develop accounts and bring new leads on board
  • You will lead pitches, develop bidding strategies and ensure sustainable growth
  • You will have overall responsibility for sales, profitability and forecasting in the division
  • You will work closely with the management team on the strategic direction of denkwerk, with the aim of further expanding our brand expertise

What you bring to the table
  • Extensive experience in managing large brand accounts and interdisciplinary teams
  • Proven track record in leading complex campaigns and brand projects
  • Strong leadership personality with empathy, vision, and a sense of responsibility
  • Strong business orientation and a keen sense of creative quality
  • Experience in pitch processes, business development, and top-level customer acquisition
