Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

• We are looking for you with a passion for online marketing and a keen eye for trends and competition in the rapidly changing market
• You have more than 6 years of professional experience in performance marketing
• Budget planning and control and experience in managing larger advertising budgets are among your core competences - you keep an overview even with high budgets
• Media planning and strategic campaign planning across different channels are fully under control
• You skilfully take over the strategic development, implementation and continuous optimisation of our performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads and in native advertising
• You create comprehensive analyses and reports on campaign performance, interpret the data and derive specific optimisation measures from it
• Do you have experience in tracking, affiliate marketing and SEO? Great, that would be an advantage
• You have a very good command of German, as our current projects are mainly carried out in German
• A good command of English is also an advantage
• You are happy to pass on your expertise to the team and help others to grow as well
