You are the one we miss!
- We are looking for you with a passion for online marketing and a keen eye for trends and competition in the rapidly changing market
- You have more than 6 years of professional experience in performance marketing
- Budget planning and control and experience in managing larger advertising budgets are among your core competences - you keep an overview even with high budgets
- Media planning and strategic campaign planning across different channels are fully under control
- You skilfully take over the strategic development, implementation and continuous optimisation of our performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads and in native advertising
- You create comprehensive analyses and reports on campaign performance, interpret the data and derive specific optimisation measures from it
- Do you have experience in tracking, affiliate marketing and SEO? Great, that would be an advantage
- You have a very good command of German, as our current projects are mainly carried out in German
- A good command of English is also an advantage
- You are happy to pass on your expertise to the team and help others to grow as well

What to expect in the application process
- 1st interview ~1 hour, usually online with two participants from denkwerk
- Between the 1st interview and the 2nd interview you will receive a task that will be presented in the 2nd interview
- 2nd interview: ~1 hour, preferably on site with two participants from denkwerk
- should a case study or similar come your way, we will let you know in advance
