Are you curious, enthusiastic about the world of recruiting and want to help shape it? Then support our recruiting team in the search for new talent!- you are currently studying - ideally in the fields of economics, human resources, psychology or a similar course of study
- you have at least 5-6 months to actively support us
- you show initiative, work in an organized manner and communicate actively
- you have a high affinity for topics such as “new work”, social media recruiting and innovative recruiting methods
- you are confident in using the common Microsoft Office programs and work in a structured manner
What you can expect:- you are active in the recruitment of talent for various specialist areas - from design to marketing to technology
- you will take on tasks such as coordinating appointments and attending job interviews
- you conduct research on current recruiting trends, university marketing and active sourcing
- you help with the planning and organization of events such as career fairs or open house evenings
- you support us with exciting talent management projects, such as Great Place To Work

What to expect in the application process
- 1st Interview: ~1 hour, mostly online with two participants from denkwerk
- 2nd Interview: ~1 hour, preferably on-site with two participants from denkwerk
In both interviews, together we’ll find out whether it’s a good fit—professionally and personally.
If the feedback is positive, we’ll call you to make an offer.
