Lead Visual Designer (m/w/d)

You are the one we miss!

  • We are looking for you as a motivated Lead Designer (m/f/d) for our Visual Design team, who will develop and implement the direction of a design in the development of innovative digital products, experiences and platforms
  • You will take full responsibility and advise clients on digital projects from pitch to go-live
  • You follow current trends and developments in the field of digital experiences and bring in fresh ideas
  • You have 5 years of professional experience in the design of digital interfaces as well as the development and application of design systems
  • You have already worked on extensive platform projects and have the necessary know-how for complex digital solutions
  • You are characterized by your ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and rely on collaboration and initiative
  • You support and inspire other designers and share your knowledge of new technologies, tools, design and digital trends and see constructive feedback as an opportunity for further development
  • You are confident working with Adobe CC, and Figma and ideally you have experience with handling variables/design tokens in Figma or Tokens-Studio
  • Nice-to-have superpowers: initial experience with no-code tools such as Webflow, Framer or 3D
  • You have a flair for motion design and understand how animated elements can improve the user experience. Experience with After Effects and/or Principle is an advantage
  • You have a background in web technologies and understand how to speak a common language with developers
  • You are familiar with agile methods such as SCRUM and Kanban and have experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira
